We chose Brasada Ranch in part due to its extensive onsite accommodations. It was important to have as many of our guests as possible stay onsite with us for that “adult summer camp” feeling! We hope having everyone in one place will reduce logistical burden and allow our guests to relax on property all weekend long.
That said, we understand that everyone has different priorities. You are welcome to book your own accommodations in nearby Redmond or Bend - we just ask that you make your own arrangements for transportation to and from the venue.
Stay
Brasada Ranch
We have secured special discounted wedding rates, which you can book via the link below. Note that there is more than enough space on the property to accommodate our guest list, but Brasada opens their bookings to the public one year in advance, and space cannot be guaranteed after October 9th, 2026. Thus, we are asking our guests to book as early as possible to secure their lodging before availability becomes limited.
Please also see below for an overview of the different lodging options available to you at Brasada.
Sage Canyon Cabins | $500+/night
The Cabins are the best option for sharing with friends or family. There are two, three, and four-bedroom cabins available, ranging from 1,265 to 2,664 square feet.
Each cabin feature a well-appointed kitchen and living area, bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, and the option to upgrade to a unit with a hot tub. Additionally, certain cabins can be made up with twin beds in one bedroom or a sofa bed in the living area.
Ranch House and Cabin King Guestrooms | $260-310/night
These are Brasada’s hotel-style accommodations, best suited for individual guests or couples.
The Ranch House suites and guestrooms are located within the main Ranch House building, where check-in and the more casual onsite restaurant are located. This is a great, central location!
The Cabin King Guestrooms are individual bedrooms within the Sage Canyon Cabins that have been made fully private with an exterior entrance and private bedroom and bathroom.
Cascade Bungalows | $450+/night
Our personal favorite on the property, the bungalows are adult-only studios perfect for individuals or couples who want a luxury lodging experience. They feature views of the Casade Range, personal patio, hot tub, an outdoor shower, and are accompanied by a personal golf cart.
To book your accommodations, please use our booking link to the left, or navigate through Brasada’s website and be sure to enter our booking code (BGGAMA). If you have any issues, please reach out to Brasada’s lodging team at (877) 215-5668.
Getting there
Flying
Fly into RDM (Redmond Municipal Airport), which is a short 20-minute drive from Brasada Ranch. There are multiple direct flights per day from San Francisco, Seattle, and other nearby cities. For folks traveling from the East Coast, you will likely need to connect in order to fly into RDM. There are no direct flights from Boston or NYC-area airports.
Alternatively, fly into PDX (Portland International Airport) and drive ~3 hours to Brasada.
Uber and Lyft are generally available in the Redmond area during daytime hours, but your best bet is likely to pre-arrange transportation with Redmond Taxi Service or Shuttle Oregon.
Getting around
There is plenty to do onsite at Brasada, from hiking and biking trails, a full gym, and two pools to horseback riding, axe throwing, archery, and visiting the highland cows. If you choose to spend your weekend onsite, there is no need to rent a car!
If you think you might enjoy checking out Bend or Redmond (we recommend!), or hiking at nearby Smith Rock, you may want a rental car to get off-ranch.
